A warm welcome back to Quarter Jacks Restaurant.
With summer nearly over we are starting to get ready for the launch of our autumn menu. Launching from 6th September, Mike Riordan and his team have plenty of new and exciting dishes to tantalise your taste buds.
With Roast Belly & Fillet of Gloucestershire Pork, served with fondant potato, creamed cabbage and bacon, Chargilled Lamb Cutlets and our Quarter Jacks Shepherds Pie, braised red cabbage and rosemary jus - it will be difficult to choose your favourite!
For those of you who have a sweet tooth just like myself, this time of year sees a variety of warm desserts, and we have some great ones coming onto the menu. Warm Bramley Apple and Blackberry Pie or the delicious Hot Rice Pudding with Victoria Plum Jam.
If it’s a lighter bite you’re after, then why not visit the team in the bar for our all day dining menu, which is also getting an autumn update! The all day dining continues to be popular, with Mike’s best selling dish, the Quarter Jacks Fish Finger Sandwich, served on Hobbs House Bakery Bread, with Hand cut Chips and Homemade Tartare Sauce, still being the favourite of most guests!
Towards the end of September we’ll also be introducing a tapas menu on a Friday night, where we will be serving tapas from 5pm until 9.30pm. So come and join us for some Spanish cuisine.
