Food & Drink Academy
Our latest academy intake have been working hard the past couple of months, learning about all aspects of Food Service and meeting industry experts such as Steven Doherty.
All candidates have been enjoying their course thoroughly and are improving greatly from the Academy experience.
The team continue to take on the challenges that the course presents them and they continue to strive and develop.
We are getting ready to talk to those interested in next years in take already and are working with those on the second years in take to get to that finish line, and graduation in Epernay!.
Quarter Jacks Bar & Lounge
We’ve given our Bar menu a bit of a revamp so if it’s a morning snack you’re after then why not try Bristol’s best bacon butty, with thickly cut Hobbs Bread and bacon cooked to your liking!
There are also a wide choice of hot and cold meals from early ‘til late. Choose from our freshly made sandwiches served on Hobb’s bloomer bread.
If it’s more comfort food you’re after then try our Plat du Jour, ranging from Gloucestershire hand carved ham, fried free range eggs and hand cut thick cut chips, to half roasted chicken with game chips and bread sauce.
